Questions and answers

How would you like to describe the site of “Central Convoy” to our readers and what are the things that one can expect?

Central Convoy is for everyone who is looking for a unique and personalised gesture. We are passionate about creatively capturing every detail of their love or life story and artfully presenting it within our luxury publication.

One can expect to witness the most beautiful creativities in the form of newspapers, magazines, and books. Each copy is distinctive and has its own story.

How do you ensure customisation according to the client’s requirements?

Since client satisfaction is the key to our products, their approval is ensured before finalising the content, designs, and print. Moreover, before kick-starting the publication, we take note of their likings and preferences in terms of colours, series, food, and so on to inculcate them into the magazine.

What were some of the roadblocks that you had to face in your journey?

The idea of Central Convoy came to me while working for another company. Starting my company was a daunting task especially when I started with nothing, no capital, no clients, no money, and no network. Initially, I began to slowly lose hope but eventually, things turned around.

What approach or strategy do you use to gather new ideas to stay up to date with newer trends?

We have routine brainstorming sessions to introduce new ideas and improve ourselves. Client feedbacks are also taken very seriously, we look forward to any suggestions given by our clients. Additionally, since the magazine revolves around the client, we try and introduce various activities like word search, crosswords, and love coupons which help us to experiment with the designs.

What makes your magazines and portfolios stand out among the rest?

Central Convoy makes sure that the magazine highlights every client’s personal story. As a result, we aim to ensure that your story speaks about your uniqueness. On the other hand, when it comes to portfolios, we offer exclusive magazines featuring the owner on the cover page.

Tell us about your most memorable clientele experience and the impact it had on your professional perspective.

There is not one but many such experiences which make me believe in our work. Our clients have been extremely patient with us, be it the content or the designs. It is only through their considerate feedbacks that we have improved over the years. At times, their ideas are so amazing, we remain stunned!

What are the new ways you are planning to expand “Central Convoy”?

Currently, our services include magazines for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, etc. Apart from that, we also create company portfolios. Shortly, we plan to expand our work to schools and companies using it as a medium of R&Rs and newsletters.
