Questions and answers

Walk us through your journey as an entrepreneur. What has it been like?

My entrepreneurial journey has been a roller coaster. My business experience has helped me gain not only success but has also shown me what it takes to achieve success. Overall it’s been really good but it’s not easy. I believe the entrepreneurial life is not for the faint of heart, it’s full of ups and downs and requires courage and grit. I keep going because of my passion to help people use and trust natural remedies.

What are some strategies that you follow to help people clear their mental blockages?

I utilize energy work, essential oils and tapping which is called Emotional Freedom Technique. Through these modalities, I help people clear stagnant energy within their bodies so they can remove the blocks to be successful. I have also worked with a lot of women who have money blocks, tied to their lack of worthiness, and I found tapping to work very well in conjunction with essential oils. Using essential oils has given my clients some tools they can use at home.

Can you talk to us about how aromatherapy can help in improving one’s mental health?

We utilize scent to create memories. When a person associates a scent with a positive memory or a new memory, that scent is going to lift you up, energize you and bring you joy, that’s why scent is really important. It has an ability to bring us back to these feelings. So, if there is a scent that is associated with a bad memory, you would want to stay away from it. Essential oils are extremely versatile, they can support you emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Some can even penetrate the blood-brain barrier to create new thought patterns in conjunction with tapping!

What are some major benefits of essential oils?

Well, there are a plethora of them!  My whole family, including my dog, uses it for a variety of purposes such as supporting good sleep, digestion, boosting immunity, and even dealing with mood swings! Citrus oils are especially up lifting, they are a fantastic go-to if you are feeling down.

You are the author of 2 bestselling books. What has been your initial inspiration for penning down the books?

The first book I wrote is “I’m 30, Now What?!”. I began writing it while I was coming out of extreme pain, as I have a genetic disorder that causes Arthritis at an early age. My hip condition worsened, and when my hips got replaced, I was 36. It was a painful and difficult phase and the book is all about my journey of being a mother and coping with the difficulties but also what happens when that pain subsided. The second book is “On Her Plate”, which is based on my success with natural solutions and how I was able to support my hormones with diet, supplements and essential oils.

You plan to penetrate the Indian market as well. What are some things that you have in mind for Indians, keeping in mind the diversity of India?

It is definitely a learning process. I do have a Canadian-Indian friend whom I can reach out to when I have questions. Also, in University, I chose Anthropology as my minor and focused on the Indian culture, it is such a rich culture and I love continually learning about it! It is really interesting as now my company is going to India so I feel like it’s all connected and meant to be this way. I currently have a few people in India who are going to be partnering up with me and I’m really looking forward to coming to India one day to coach and mentor my team. My hope is to gain five more business partners in India as we expand.

That’s an interesting point to bring up. While our primary focus is on holistic wellness and natural remedies, the concept of having mailboxes at our business locations is something worth discussing in a broader context.

Having physical mailboxes can indeed add a personal touch to our business operations. It offers our customers and partners a tangible point of contact with our organization, creating a sense of accessibility and trust. In an era where  digital communication dominates, having a physical presence can set us apart. Moreover, it provides a secure and organized way to handle essential documents, samples, or information exchange, which is vital in many industries. Whether it’s for client interactions or business collaborations, the convenience and reliability of physical mailboxes from www.mailboxempire.com can enhance our overall customer relations and streamline our operations. So, while it’s not something we’ve actively considered before, it’s certainly an idea worth exploring as part of our ongoing efforts to provide a well-rounded and personalized experience to our clients and partners.
