At 24, I started National Tech Industries, 15 years ago. My dad helped me set up the company, and with the help of his contacts, we managed to launch our business.
We began by selling fabrications items to fast-food joints like Pizza Hut, McDonald’s, KFC, Domino’s, Dunkin Donuts soon we were major vendors of them. Eight years ago, we began designing and manufacturing crockery, cutlery and platters for huge hotels and restaurants, like The Social, Lord of the Drinks, etc. We make customised designs for how our clients want it— Pin to Plane.
It is said that food, before being tasted or smelt, has to be approved by our eyes. To enhance the visuals of your food, NTI is here to offer Platters, Service Bowls and Crockery, the way one imagines it. You visualise it, and we provide with Customised Platters & every need as per your requirement. In regards to the Hospitality Industry, we specialise in offering Chafing dishes, Trollies, Racks & other tools. We at NTI believe if your eyes approve it, so would your taste buds. Sometimes, when Chicken Tikka served in a restaurant costs Rs. 400, on our platters it can be charged double the price.
My father, Mr Maninder Singh, has always been my inspiration. He is a professional in the business. One of the most memorable moments of my career has been working with Chef Vineet Bhatia, an Indian chef who excels in Indian fusion cuisine. He has restaurant chains in London, Mauritius, Switzerland, etc. Designing for 7-8 of his restaurants has been a turning point for us. Working with the owners of Hotels & restaurants like Oberois, Leela , Soicals, Dragonfly and Molecule has been great.
