Anandha Kannan passes away at 48

Anandha Kannan was a famous actor and VJ. On Monday, his untimely demise sent a shock wave to the entertainment industry. As per sources, the artist was diagnosed with a rare type of cancer in the bile – duct. The disease claimed the life of the 48-year-old actor.

He began his career by working with Vasantham TV located in Singapore. After working there, he joined Sun Music in Chennai and worked as a video jockey there. Kannan has also made a guest appearance in Saroja, a 2008 film directed by Venkat Prabhu. He got one of the most significant roles in a science fiction Tamil film, Adisaya Ulagam, released in 2012.

Another media personality, LM Kaushik says that Kannan ‘ carried a unique style’ and his presence in Sun Music shows is a fond memory from Kaushik’s school days. Kaushik is a film entertainment tracker, social media influencer and film reviewer. He is also passionate about Box Office statistics & sports developments. Kaushik posted a heartfelt note to Kannan.
