‘Arjun Kapoor’s shocking remarks about his sisters’
Relationship with his step-sisters
Arjun Kapoor, a famous Bollywood actor, recently came out and made shocking revelations about his relationship with his two sisters-Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor.
The actor while speaking to a leading web portal, said that there is mutual respect between him and his sisters. He respects them and and they respect him but he does not intervene in their personal life matters.

Arjun said, “The good part is that they respect me and I respect them. I do tend to bully in the sense that I do tend to troll them from time to time because I have a snarky sense of humour and I do tend to crack a few extra jokes.”
Arjun Kapoor also propounded how they don’t live together under the same roof and that’s why, obviously, they don’t seek advice from one another on day-to-day life questions.
He added, “About advice, we don’t live together now so we’re not discussing everything on a day-to-day basis.”
Arjun spoke out against the idea of showing to the outside world how evcerything is working out perfectly under one roof when actually it is not the case.
“I hate creating this fake perception that we are one happy family living under the roof and discussing everything. We have discussed many things, and we continue to do that. But it’s still a very intimate space for us to come out so openly and speak about. I am somebody who believes in letting people do what they choose to do. I don’t interfere. But yes, if one of them comes to me to talk about something, I’m always there to give my two cents of my experience.”, said the actor while speaking about his relationship with his sisters.
The Bollywood star in a previous interview also brought forth the role played by his sisters, Janhvi and Khushi, in mending his relationships with his father, Boney Kapoor.
Arjun Kapoor is the son of Bollywood producer Boney Kapoor and entrepreneur Mona Shourie Kapoor, he also has a sister named Anshula Kapoor.
However, when Arjun was just 11 years old, his parents split and divorced each other creating much acrimony in the family.
After splitting from Boney Kapoor in 1996, Mona continued to live with her in-laws. She lived there with her two children until her death on 25 March 2012.
Whereas, Boney Kapoor remarried the famous actress Sridevi and had two more daughters, Janhvi and Khushi.
All this makes Janhvi and Khushi the step-sisters of Arjun Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor.
It is widely believed that Arjun’s mother Mona was supported mostly by her son and daughter with the help of Anil Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor, brothers-in-law.
This absence of Boney Kapoor from the formative years of Arjun Kapoor is surely something that has withered their relationship over the years. Specially, now that Arjun is independent and established as an actor, he gets to share his side of the story.
The actor has been doing a lot of interviews and answering a lot of tough questions. Recently, when asked about the age gap between him and his girlfriend Malaika Arora and the constant trolling for the same, Arjun called the trolls “silly” and gave his mantra to handle the trolls.
Arjun Kapoor’s most recent movie was Bhoot Police in which he worked alongside with Saif Ali Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Yami Gautam.
But right now, the actor is isolating himself as he had recently tested positive for COVID-19 for the second time since the pandemic.
But even though he is confined to his home, he posted the customary picture with his girlfriend Malaika Arora to wish their fans a new year.
