There are times in one’s life when we don’t see a single ray of hope and are ready to give up! When the reality doesn’t make sense because it is too hard to accept. Where to find that hope?
According to Doctor Nachiket Bhatia, we build it from within. That’s what he did when he found out about his dwindling family business back in 2014 when he was just a medical student. Today Dr. Nachiket Bhatia is the CEO of Indian’s leading medical institute DBMCI. He is listed as of the top ten innovative CEOs in 2020 by Forbes magazine.

What are some lessons that the love of your life has taught you?
Being in the medical field for long, what are some changes that you strongly wish to bring in the field?
What is the mantra to stay calm when things go out of your control/ haywire?
My mantra is actually to just stay calm. I always tell myself that I can do it. I can talk my way through people. Since I am a good speaker and that is one of my master skills. I use that ability to stay calm.
From going bankrupt to rebuilding yourself all over again, what has been the secret ingredient of your success?
What are some core values that DBMCI stands first?
With the pure intention of teaching, one thing I realize is that you cannot run a coaching
institute unless you are involved with the students whole heartedly, academically,
emotionally, mentally and practically. Only then can you guarantee him the result. We coach the students for life, not just for an exam. That is out policy. The money we earn is
secondary.
What is the message that you would like to share to all our audiences?
If you have a dream, go for it. And do not stop in the middle, because whenever you are
thinking about those big dreams that you have, everything is possible. Trust me, I want to pat
that idiot back in time just for putting in a little effort and not giving up, no matter what.
