‘Friends’ is a US sitcom with fans from all over the world. It stars Jennifer Aniston as Rachel Green, Courteney Cox as Monica Geller, Lisa Kudrow as Phoebe Buffay. Moreover, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc, and Matthew Perry played the roles of Ross Geller, Joey Tribbiani and Chandler Bing, respectively. Friends first aired on NBC on 22nd September 1994 and went on until 6th May 2004. ‘Friends: The Reunion’ was the world’s most-watched sitcom show. It was released in May 2021.
The One Where Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer Can Be Together
Both Jennifer and David depicted the on and off relationship of Rachel and Ross in ‘Friends’. Eventually, at the end of the final season, they came together. In ‘Friends: The Reunion’ episode, Jennifer and David has admitted that they crushed on each other. Schimmer says, “I mean, in the first season, I had a major crush on Jen. At some point, we were crushing hard on each other. But it was like two ships passing, because one of us was always in a relationship and we never crossed that boundary. We respected that.”
Jennifer also states, “Honestly, I remember saying one time to David, ‘It is going to be such a bummer if the first time you and I actually kiss is going to be on national television. Sure enough, the first time we kissed was in that coffee shop. So we just channelled all of our adoration and love for each other into Ross and Rachel. When we had breaks from rehearsal, there were moments where we would cuddle on the couch. We would spoon and fall asleep on the couch.”
With regard to their dating rumours, an unnamed source says, ‘“After the reunion, it became clear that reminiscing over the past had stirred up feelings for both of them and that chemistry they’d always had to bury was still there. They began texting immediately after filming and, just last month, David flew from his home in New York to see Jen in LA. They’ve been spending time at Jen’s home, where she’s cooked dinners in the evenings, and have enjoyed quality time together, chatting and laughing. They were also spotted drinking wine, deep in conversation, as they walked around one of Jen’s favourite vineyards in Santa Barbara, where it was clear there was lots of chemistry between them.”
Apparently, fans are already gushing about this news. However, both of them haven’t confirmed it.
