Nikhilesh: A journey to live the dream!

I always wanted to help my country in becoming a cashless one. From the very start, my vision was to see a digital India. However, at first, I didn’t know what steps to take.

Therefore, I started by working for massive brands like MPAISA (Vodafone) and Suvidha. While working there, I understood the problems of retailers and it helped me in seeking the path of my vision. Having a leap of faith in my vision and myself, I decided to quit my job and establish my enterprise, Spay Technology Pvt. Ltd  in 2018. Leaving my job to become an entrepreneur was a tough call because I knew I wouldn’t be expecting a salary per month. Fortunately, my family upheld my idea but my friends didn’t have confidence in me. They believed it would fail. But, I was determined to prove them wrong. Thus, I started from 0 and toiled hard to live my dream. There were a lot of ups and downs but I was devastated when the pandemic hit us. The pandemic ruined not only my but a lot of people’s lives. Regardless, I chose to stick with my team and we came out as leaders. We conducted business more quickly which exalted Spay India to a leading BC banking company that uses fintech. With determination and consistency, we turned Spay India into an award-winning company.

There was a time when my friends used to tell me that I was following the wrong path but after receiving the title of Time 40 Under 40, getting Spay Technology the name of the Top 20 BFSI companies and one of the Top 10 Fintech companies of India, I proved that with the right knowledge and consistency anything can be attained.
