This season Maria Grazia Chiuri created a holistic onset after returning to the runway after three seasons of digital fashion Broadway look. 

This season she curated clothing inspired by the theme of ‘being present; this year, she signified her designs with the perseverance of embroidery, which entirely creates a sight and touch. With tactful design and placement without contributing to the usage of ornaments.

The fashion articles were inspired by varied textiles such as checks, tweeds and textures in the aesthetic tones of black and white. Chiuri greatly appreciates the art of weaving and embroidery in her designs. She stands to portray beautiful memories, gestures of protection, care and protest transpiring through her exotic works.

This Italian Label courted from the streets of Italy to one of the most favoured couture brands in the industry. One of the most incredible superpowers in fashion was the first onset by a duo of Italian designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana in 1985. The designer works of the brand are indeed timeless and conspire luxury.

The brand strives to leave its trademark with its collection every season. It was no different when they represented some of their designs in digital accumulation for the metaverse. Last weekend, the Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda show was held in Venice, Italy.

The designer duo launched Collezione Genesi for the first time, a nine-piece NFT or non-fungible token collection, which was accounted for in collaboration with UNXD, a digital luxury and culture market. Collezione Genesi presented about five pieces – two dresses, a men’s suit, and two crowns which are physical creations designed by Dolce & Gabbana

Also, they have digital versions that can be used in the metaverse – “a virtual environment where you can be present with people in digital spaces”, as quoted by Mark Zuckerberg. 

Four items are wholesome virtual designs for the metaverse. The clothing apparel was crafted with a very grandeur and majestic appeal depicting inspiration from the Elizabethan era.
