What were the holistic approaches you took to overcome the health issue that you were dealing with?
I was diagnosed with thyroid and chronic fatigue in 2016. I refused to take any medicines or hormones to heal my condition. Instead, I read books, attended workshops, met naturopaths and ayurvedic doctors and focused on my diet and automatically my health got back on track within a few months.
Since you conduct workshops and teach people about skin care and home care, what are the ways that people can reach you out and what are the benefits of such workshops?

What were some of the roadblocks you faced majorly during this journey and what stepped in as your motivation?
A lot of my distant relatives, friends and colleagues didn’t understand my approach. However, I was quite perseverant and stopped discussing my diet and lifestyle with them. Thankfully my immediate family was extremely supportive of me, and that really helped me continue on this path.
The eco-friendly culture of the Netherlands has surely been inculcated in you and your work. What are some of the measures adopted by you to ensure sustainability and an eco-friendly experience?
The Netherlands is the 5th most eco- friendly country in the world with a clear focus on green farming. Inspired by them, we at Natuur do not use any toxic preservatives or fragrances. The few preservatives used in our water based formulations are green, naturally derived and eco certified.

Most skin- care products available in the market are carcinogenic. Could you please inform our readers about the harmful side and the importance of using organic products for our skin?
Over 90% personal care products available commercially have harmful chemicals which are hormone disruptors, cause skin allergies and irritations. Our skin absorbs most of these ingredients into our bloodstreams. So, it’s imperative to use safe and natural products on our skin.
What would be your message to our readers regarding the authenticity of the products so that they can feel free to use Natuur as their best skin care product?
Always buy products with few ingredients. If an ingredient sounds like a chemical, or has a number attached to it, it is in all probability a chemical.
