World’s richest person and the CEO of Amazon Jeff Bezos, will be on board when his rocket company Blue Origin launches its first crewed spaceflight. Blue Origin auctioned off a seat on Saturday for $28 Million. The winning bidder’s name hasn’t been disclosed by the company.

The mystery bidder will accompany Mr. Bezos and his younger brother Mark on New Shepard rocket. The auction followed more than a month of online bidding, over 7,500 people from 159 countries registered for the auction, as stated by Blue Origin. The winning amount goes to the company’s ‘Club for the Future’, a nonprofit organization.
