Zaid Khan-From being skinny to fit

Zaid Khan shares, “I was always known as “The Skinny Guy” throughout my school days. Despite being active in sports, I was extremely skinny and was always afraid of being knocked down against heavy and strong opponents. I joined the gym when I was 17, and for three years, I didn’t observe any changes. I was going to the gym because of peer pressure. I never focused on my eating habits and was endlessly spending money on supplements. I started experiencing low self-esteem and confidence, which was reflecting on my personality, career, and interpersonal relationships. So, ultimately I decided to take fitness seriously, and I started studying fitness and researching everything related to it. I eventually discovered that fitness is not complicated; instead, a fit and healthy lifestyle helps us deal with complications of life with ease. I started making realistic plans for myself which, did not include any expensive diet plans or food supplements. I gained over 10 kgs in 12 weeks, this transformation made me quite popular, and many people approached me for diet and workout plans, which gave them outstanding results. And hence, I decided to make fitness easy, affordable, and accessible for all. I ventured into the space of Fitness and Health Consultancy to burst the myths and eradicate the stigmas surrounding them. Fitness and a healthy lifestyle are not about the fancy gym and expensive food and supplements to lose or gain weight but a pathway of adopting a lifestyle that involves taking care of our daily habits holistically to achieve healthy physicality and mentality. I, along with a team of young, motivated, fitness & goal-oriented individuals, helped over six hundred and fifty clients from over eleven countries to transform and improve their lifestyle. So far, I am looking forward to eradicating all the inhibitions that people have regarding healthy holistic living. My ultimate aim today is to make a healthy lifestyle that is accessible, comfortable, and affordable to everyone.”
